Welcome to the new financial year, FY2025!
From 1 July, new mandatory climate-related disclosure laws come into effect requiring large businesses and financial institutions to disclose information about their climate-related financial risks, opportunities, and strategies.
While small and medium businesses will not have any direct reporting requirements just yet, they often form part of the supply chain of larger businesses and may be required to contribute to the Scope 3 reporting obligations of their supply chain partners.
Zooss Consulting supports organisations to meet the new reporting requirements by integrating sustainability considerations into their day-to-day planning processes.
We call this Sustainable Business Planning – recognising the equal importance of financial, environmental, and social outcomes, and modelling all three in a sustainable business plan.
