Gabriel holds a degree in Business Administration and an MBA with a focus on business analytics. He has built his career around digital transformation, with expertise in implementing Connected Planning solutions and data-driven decision-making.
Gabriel brings a wealth of experience in process transformation and continuous improvement to support our clients and lead Zooss operations in South America.
Transforming planning with Anaplan
“I was inspired to focus on this field after seeing how tools like Anaplan can transform fragmented processes into agile, data-driven workflows,” he says.
Gabriel was also drawn to consulting because of its collaborative nature and the opportunity to problem-solve – unifying planning across different parts of a business, from finance to supply chain, and enabling businesses to realise value.
Translating business requirements to deliver impact
During his 15+ year career, Gabriel has specialised in helping clients in the finance, tech, retail and pharmaceutical industries to transform processes through technology. A highlight for him has been leading teams of over 30 highly skilled software engineers to deliver value-focused solutions.
When it comes to the core of his work, Gabriel says his analytical strengths lie in “translating business requirements into scalable Anaplan architectures.” He is experienced in analysing complex business problems, breaking them down, and designing intuitive, effective solutions.

For Gabriel, a successful project isn’t just about the technology. It’s about delivering “user-friendly solutions that exceed KPIs while ensuring stakeholders feel empowered.”
Gabriel understands the importance of preparing for change when implementing new technology and business processes and is an advocate for dedicating time to stakeholder alignment workshops to secure buy-in before any technical work begins.
For clients starting their Connected Planning journey, his advice is: “Start with a pilot process, like sales planning, to demonstrate quick wins. Scale only after addressing cultural and technical barriers.” This practical, phased approach ensures projects build momentum and deliver real, measurable value.
