Mitch brings over five years of experience designing and delivering enterprise planning models across FP&A, workforce planning and supply chain, with recent experience in private equity and real estate development.

For our clients, Mitch’s appointment adds further depth to our ability to design planning environments that handle complexity at scale, while remaining aligned to business processes and supporting informed decision-making.

Mitch’s experience spans requirements, design and delivery, with a focus on building planning models that support real business decisions.

He has worked across private equity and real estate to deliver fund forecasting and feasibility models that inform investment and development decisions, aligning financial planning with operational decision-making.

Handling complexity without compromising usability

Mitch specialises in designing models that handle complexity while remaining usable for business teams.

His experience includes global headcount and workforce planning, investment and development planning, and supply chain planning. He has built Monte Carlo simulation models to help stakeholders understand a range of possible outcomes and quantify risk under uncertainty and developed an optimisation model for material resource planning that improved efficiency and supported better operational decision-making.
