Steve Bows
Steve is the Managing Director of Zooss Consulting, and has 25 years' experience in the design and management of planning systems implementations in the UK and Australia. He is a Master Anaplanner, and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. In 2009 he co-authored a book on practical tips for success in budgeting and planning systems implementations, 'Budgeting, Planning and Forecasting to the Max'. Steve has two Masters degrees as well as a Bachelors, and is now studying for another Masters (in Sustainability) in order to apply the techniques of sustainability analysis to the world of connected planning.
Gerry Ramdeen
Gerry is Zooss Consulting's Technical Director. He has over 25 years’ experience across many data science practices. Gerry thrives on designing elegant and robust solutions to address even the most complex challenges. He’s well regarded by peers for his versatility, capacity to quickly comprehend complex concepts, and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Greg Leonhart
Greg is the Services Director at Zooss Consulting. He has over 20 years’ experience in architecting, delivering, leading and implementing business planning solutions. With a CPA background and an agile philosophy, Greg excels at being able to very quickly understand his client’s needs and build strong relationships. He has proven interpersonal abilities to navigate and successfully deliver in complex organisations. Greg is passionate about family, adventure and making a difference.
Dmitri Tverdomed
Dmitri is the Practice Lead for Sustainability Analytics at Zooss Consulting. Working with data all his professional career, Dmitri has been responsible for end-to-end delivery of a wide range of data analytics solutions as well as data strategies, architectures, governance frameworks, operating models, training and change management programs. Dmitri is passionate about enabling organisations to maximise value from data, advocating sustainable growth and positive social impact.

Sophie is a Business and Sustainability Analyst at Zooss Consulting. She holds a Masters of Sustainability from the University of Sydney, and has previously worked in regenerative agriculture and waste management, most notably for OzHarvest and the Taronga Zoo Conservation Society. She has completed Life Cycle Assessment software training (SimaPro) and is a certified Anaplan Model Builder.
